Citizens need to know the basis of the decisions that impact their lives. Also, suggest placing greater restrictions on the use of eminent domain to confiscate private property.

Complain about the lack of time to prepare objections, the failure to notify all residents who would be impacted by new transmission lines, and the refusal to provide a copy of the study justifying the need for a new transmission line.
